Shanghai Runyi Law Firm is a multidisciplinary commercial law firm with offices in Shanghai and Taipei. We were established by a number of outstanding lawyers who graduated with Masters or higher degrees from prestigious Chinese or foreign universities. Some of our partners used to practice in international or top domestic law firms in China for a very long time before joining us, and have spent many years studying or working abroad.
